Where is my order?

Every order gets a confirmation email with a View your order button. That page always shows your order's latest status, and it's the quickest place to check.

When will it arrive?

We dispatch within 1–2 business days (not Sundays or public holidays). After dispatch, metro cities usually receive orders in 2–4 business days and other cities, towns and rural areas in 3–7 business days.

When your parcel leaves Mattancherry, we email you the courier name and tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to go live.
